Konstantinos “Kosta” Thrasivoulou, 77, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 surrounded by his family. He was a bridge painter for 30 years. Kosta was a man who was larger than life and always the life of the party. Kosta loved to be in the company of his friends but above all else he loved his family tremendously and will be greatly missed by them.
Kosta is survived by his wife Athena; children, Litsa Voulgaris (Angelo), Sophia Johnson (Charles), Thraso Thrasivoulou (Laura), and Marcy Thrasivoulou (Damon Frangos); grandchildren, Alexandria Pollvogt, Tommy Aris, Zoey Johnson, Katarina Aris, Molly Aris, Kosta Thrasivoulou, Kash Thrasivoulou, Conzie Aris, Gia Spanos, Athena Spanos, and Eleni Frangos; and great grandchildren, Declan Pollvogt and Viviana Aris. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thrasivoulos and Athena.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, August 8 at 10:00 am at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 2187 West 14th St., Cleveland, where the family will receive friends from 9:00 - 10:00 am. Rev. Fr. Dean Dimon officiating. The burial will follow at St. Theodosius Cemetery.
