Katharina Schuster, age 85, of Brunswick, Ohio. Loving mother of Ingrid (Vernon) Sperling, Hans (Mary) Schuller (of Texas), and Kurt (Katharina) Schuller (of Florida), dearest grandmother of Christopher (Laura) Dorr, Nicole Sperling, Donovan (Dana) Schuller, Amanda Schuller (William Schumacher), Jennifer Schuller, Michael (Hannah) Schuller and Matthew Schuller, dear sister of Anna Mot and Maria (Josef) Gruber. Long time resident of St. Petersburg, Florida.
She was an avid bowler and proud member of the 300 Club, finding both joy and camaraderie on the lanes. She had a deep love for crafting, knitting, and crocheting, creating countless handmade gifts that will be cherished by family and friends for years to come. Above all, she loved her grandchildren dearly and devoted many of her happiest hours to spending time with them, creating memories they will forever hold close. In her leisure time, she enjoyed watching reality television and especially treasured her time at the beach during her years in Florida. Gardening was another of her passions; her Florida home was surrounded by flourishing orange trees, as well as an abundance of indoor and outdoor plants and flowers, all of which she tended with great care and dedication. Beyond her many hobbies, she had a special place in her heart for animals, and she especially adored her birds, caring for many beloved companions over the years.
Inurnment and a graveside service will be held in June 2026 at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Petersburg, Florida.
